2013 Latino Literacy Roundtable: Family Literacy Call for Posters
Poster submission due date: January 31, 2013
We invite submission of proposals on issues involving Latinos and family literacy,
research on family literacy, issues and challenges in family literacy programs,
ongoing or recently completed research on family literacy, and best practices
in family literacy. A panel of family literacy experts will review submissions
for best poster. Posters are an opportunity to present important information
on family literacy to the community at the 2013 Latino Literacy Roundtable to
be held on March 8, 2013 from 9am-3pm at the Sam Lena-South Tucson Branch Library.
The School of Information and Library Science will sponsor a cash award for
the best poster.
Proposals should include a 500-word abstract of and a draft of the poster.

February 28, 2013: Notification of acceptance
March 8, 2013: Poster presentation at the Latino Literacy Roundtable
